Rejection Letters

Hey, Hey!

So I received my first rejection letter a few days ago. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. I figured the first letter that I got would make my heart hurt. But it didn't. It just made me realize that I have to keep my head up. I've heard from so many authors that they received so many rejection letters before they got the one that was the maker.

I really hope that eventually I will actually get that acceptance letter but I am definitely willing to get better at querying.

Vectio; The Dark Warriors series: Book Two

Hey guys!

So, I've decided that I'm going to complete some queries that I've written up, send them off, and move on to the next novel. I need to step away from Hunter for a while but I don't want to stop writing. I've written most of the outline for the next installment of The Dark Warriors series. It's called Vectio.

Vectio is the mostly silent member of the team. He's spent most of his life with his old Dark Warriors team, who'd all been murdered on the planet Malvroy. After finding out that his father is second in command to the man who destroyed his team and his mother is the woman who'd taken care of him since his arrival on Earth, Vectio isn't really sure of his place in the safe house.

Ida Courier is one of the most beautiful elves from the planet Spiritian and has been charged with joining the European team of Dark Warriors. She's spent a lot of time as a woman in a man's world and has spent more time defending her position as equal instead of acting on her romantic desires. Finding that Vectio, a fellow transporter and warrior, has deserted his safe house to travel, she tracks and joins him in the only way she knows how, teleportation.

Can he figure out his problems without adding to hers?
Can she hide secrets from him while attempting to melt his heart?
Can he protect her from the hidden evils?
Can she use her new found powers to put those evils back where they belong?
Will mistrust separate the two...forever?
